Complaints Procedure

We have a procedure for the investigation of complaints which is available upon request. Any complaints should initially be made to the Compliance Officer at:

The procedure also allows for a complaint to be referred directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service if you feel you have not received a satisfactory answer from us.
